Kobe just passed by Jerry West as the all-time leading scorer of the Minneapolis / Los Angeles Lakers. Although the Lake Show lost by two, Kobe scored 44 and was a Ron Artest miss from winning the game.
He did say, that if his body would allow it, he might be able to have a crack at the hallowed mark of Kareem.
