My 2011 ProBowl Roster - AFC

Just like last year, I decided to cast a ballot on the Pro Bowl. Here are my own findings.
Quarterbacks (Pick 3)

Tom Brady (New England) - Hard to argue his stats

Peyton Manning (Indianapolis) - Because he's Peyton.

Philip Rivers (San Diego) - MVP candidate for the early to mid part of the year.

Runningbacks (Pick 3)

Jamaal Charles (Kansas City) - High yards per rush

Arian Foster (Houston) - Came out of nowhere. NFL's leading rusher

Maurice Jones-Drew (Jacksonville) - The engine the makes the Jags rev.

Wide Receivers (Pick 4)

Dwayne Bowe (Kansas City) - finally paying off

Andre Johnson (Houston) - best in the NFL

Brandon Lloyd (Denver) - who knew?

Reggie Wayne (Indianapolis) - Stately Wayne Manor.

Fullbacks (Pick 1)

Mike Tolbert (San Diego) - The main runner in San Diego in lieu of Ryan Matthews

Tight Ends (Pick 2)

Antonio Gates (San Diego) - Foot issues be damned. Fantasy MVP potential.

Marcedes Lewis (Jacksonville) - Garrard's best target in the red zone.

Offensive Tackles (Pick 3)

Ryan Diem (Indianapolis) - bright spot in a maligned line

Joe Thomas (Cleveland) - blocked for Hillis

Andrew Whitworth (Cincinnati) - quietly good amidst the Carson ineptitude.

Offensive Guards (Pick 3)

Kris Dielman (San Diego) - someone has to get credit for keeping Rivers upright

Vincent Manuwai (Jacksonville) - did road grading for MoJo.

Eric Steinbach (Cleveland) - did road grading for Hillis

Centers (Pick 2)

Alex Mack (Cleveland) - Peyton Hillis should be rewarding this O-Line big time.

Nick Mangold (New York) - Someone has to be assisting the LdT rejuvenation

Defensive Ends (Pick 3)

Glenn Dorsey (Kansas City) - Credit Crennel for this one

Dwight Freeney (Indianapolis) - Still getting this one done.

Robert Mathis (Indianapolis) - Likewise, with all the injuries at the back end.

Defensive Tackles (Pick 3)

Haloti Ngata (Baltimore) - The best in the biz.

Richard Seymour (Oakland) - Worth the 1st round pick they traded him for.

Vince Wilfork (New England) - Veteran leader of the Pats D.

Outside Linebackers (Pick 3)

Tamba Hali (Kansas City) - Has been great all season long

James Harrison (Pittsburgh) - Always goes for the kill shot.

Cameron Wake (Miami) - This guy has to be in the Pro Bowl.

Inside Linebackers (Pick 2)

Ray Lewis (Baltimore) - He's Old Spice.

Jerod Mayo (New England) - Tackling machine

Cornerbacks (Pick 3)

Champ Bailey (Denver) - Still going at it.

Devin McCourty (New England) - Could have been DROY if not for a certain DT.

Vontae Davis (Miami) - Over Revis Island? Yep for this season.

Strong Safety (Pick 1)

Troy Polamalu (Pittsburgh) - It's definitely the hair.

Free Safety (Pick 1)

Ryan Clark (Pittsburgh) - Can't give it to Ed because he was on the PUP.

Kickers (Pick 1)

Dan Carpenter (Miami) - Even with the misfires yesterday, he's been their best offensive weapon overall.

Punters (Pick 1)

Shane Lechler (Oakland) - Steady as he goes.

Kick Returner (Pick 1)

Marc Mariani (Tennessee) - Was either him or Jacoby Ford. After yesterday, Dan Connelly might be an ok choice, too.

Special Teamer (Pick 1)

Prescott Burgess (Baltimore) - If you have any alternatives do let us know.

Feel free if I botched the selection process.
